Unlimited ammo: 

Press Start to pause the game, then using the Control Stick / Pad, move Left or Right and highlight Power Moves. Press the A Button, then press Right. Pressing Up or Down, highlight the cheat and press the A Button to toggle it as activated or deactivated.

Unlimited Charge Bar
Press Start to pause the game, then using the Control Stick / Pad, move Left or Right and highlight Power Moves. Press the A Button, then press Right. Pressing Up or Down, highlight the cheat and press the A Button to toggle it as activated or deactivated.
